Tim Rodrigo
Tim is the co-founder of Urbana Search and serves as its Managing Director for UK & Europe. His well-rounded experiences come from contingency, boutique, executive search and in-house talent acquisition environments in UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. He spent the last decade specialising in recruitment across the full real estate lifecycle.
Tim's most recent assignment was to head up Talent Acquisition for JLL's South East Asia and APAC Work Dynamics portfolios. He led and managed specialist recruiters across wide ranging regional geographies in the delivery of high profile senior recruitment mandates.
Steve Simmonds
Steve is the co-founder of Urbana Search and serves as it’s Managing Director for the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions. Steve offers extensive real estate recruitment experience throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific and across the whole real estate life cycle.
Throughout his career he has worked and led several highly regarded Real Estate recruitment companies as well as benefitting from in-house Talent Acquisition experience in both developers and real estate service providers. In his last role, Steve was responsible for leading JLL’s APAC Talent Acquisition team throughout its transformation and delivering more than 15,000 hires per year.
Gordon Falconer
Gordon is a city infrastructure expert, global thought leader in smart cities, property & infrastructure developer & investor and chartered real estate professional. He has served as a trusted adviser to the public and private sectors, NGO’s, including the UN, World Bank and the EU. Currently the Head of Smart Cities for GMR Group (New Delhi Airport), he has also provided strategic advisory to OiER in smart cities and Augment City Digital Twin platform, Azcende Venture Capital on early stage investments and the City of Barcelona.
Prior to this, he was Global Director of Smart Cities for Schneider-Electric, Director of Cisco Urban Innovation and Head of Strategy for Masdar City in Abu Dhabi. Prior to these roles he was involved with real estate and property development with JLL, CBRE and others.
